102002 - image not displayed inline anymore (IMAP only)

On IMAP, when I read a email which has a image attached, I see a separator for
the image part but no image. If I try to open directly the image into a browser
window (open attachment) I don't see it either.

However, if I move the message to a local account or save the attachment to the
disk, I can then see it correctly.

PS: Same problem with view source! always blank when looking at an IMAP message.

oops, forget to say that append on Mac and Window with a trunk debug build. Can
somebody check the branch?

this is a dup of a bug jaime filed on me early last week. I've been poking at it
but haven't turned anything up yet. 

There's also another bug out there already for the TRUNK only about view source
not working.

removing nsBranch. This is trunk only.

When david backs out naving's fix, this is going to cause view source to start
working again. 

QA: Be sure to check both the inlined images probelm described here and the view
source problem described in 100887

I cannot reproduce this problem on Branch build, this bug is *trunk* only bug.
Adding vtrunk for the keywords to remind me to verify on the trunk build after 
I complete the verification on branch builds.
