Record a video as attachment and keep recording until it stops automatically, the prompt message view about maximum file size will appear twice
Attach the video:[MMS1.mp4]
Attach the logs: [bugreport_MMS1.txt & logcat_MMS.txt]
Happened time:9:56AM

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch message and tap create icon.
2. Tap attachment icon and select camera.
3. Switch to video mode and start record.
4. Keep recording until it stops automatically.
**There is a prompt message view about maximum file size appear.
5. Tap "OK" and select this video.


[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The prompt message view about maximum file size should not appear again.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The prompt message view about maximum file size will appear  again.
