Attachment: Clock App Image Issue - System Alarm Volume

User taps Clock App and selects the alarm icon. Scroll to the bottom of the page and double tap the slider button for System Alarm Volume displays a double line display horizontally. This looks awkwardly.

Repro Steps: 
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140605040202
2) Tap Clock App and select Alarm icon
3) Double tap the System Alarm Volume slider button
4) Observe device behavior 

Actual: 
Horizontal double line appears beneath System Alarm Volume

Expected: 
Nothing. Single horizontal line appears beneath System Alarm Volume

Notes: 
Repro frequency: (5/5, 100%)
