1021390 - (vertical-homescreen) New divider line should disappear when exiting edit mode

After a user exits edit mode on the homescreen, the new divider line can still be seen at the bottom of the screen. This line should disappear when the user exits edit mode, refer to specs found here:

I was able to reproduce it under certain conditions yesterday. See Bug 1021498 for STR and screenshots.
