Steps to Reproduce
1. Enter edit mode
2. Drag an icon from a group to another
3. Drop it
Actual Results
Displayed icons often flicker for 1 second when dropping. It seems to be more reproducible on privileged app installed from Marketplace. I can shoot a video if needed.

I could reproduce it with today's engineering build. The flickering time is less than yesterday's.
