Build Information Device: Flame Gaia d2cfef555dabab415085e548ed44c48a99be5c32 Gecko https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/51b428be6213 BuildID 20140605040202 Version 32.0a1 ro.build.version.incremental=94 ro.build.date=Tue May 20 09:29:20 CST 2014 Prerequisites: Having 30 icons. Steps to Reproduce 1. Go the bottom of the screen 2. Flick down twice to initiate flywheel scrolling to the top. 3. If the flywheel scrolling movement has not been stop brutally by the hitting the top of the screen, retry with positionning the homescreen upper. Actual Results When the flywheel scrolling action is brutally stopped by hitting the top of the screen, the icons keeps being pixelized until the next action from the user. Reproduction Frequency: 100%
Seems like the elements never recover from the progressive-res, and stay pixelized? Seems like this could be a graphics issue.
Component: Gaia::Homescreen → Graphics
Product: Firefox OS → Core
Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the final state, or a video of the steps?
A video was taken by the QA Analysts: http://youtu.be/xrvRYgcPUuw A logcat is also present in bug 1021808
This problem seems easier to be reproduced on hamachi device.
I think this is the same problem as bug 1020778.
