1021520 - unlink "nightly builds" report

Per bug 1020784 this was broken for a while and nobody noticed. Lonnen says usage is super low (2 hits last month).

Let's announce that we're removing it, unlink it from the UI (so someone with a direct link can still use it and work is not blocked if it is critical for somebody) and then remove the feature completely if nobody objects.

Useless trivia - this was the only feature that depended upon the ftpscraper originally - later we realized we could use that as a general store of build metadata.

I don't have stats on the RSS feed for that page but there is little or no content to the feed. It is strangely constructed -- I know we have other RSS feeds in the product but this report seems to be the only one in the feeds.py class.

In any event, there's a PR open now that unlinks the feeds and the report. Filing another bug to remove the generating code after a month if there have been no complaints.

fixes bug 1021520 by unlinking the builds report

unlinks the nightly builds report from the UI and removes the URL route so the page cannot be accessed directly. Reverting this will restore functionality. A follow up bug will be filed to remove the code generating this report.
