They are now inaccessible. Wait for July and delete the code if there are no strong objections by that point.

fixes bug 1024113 - remove view for builds

Removes the unlinked view for the nightly builds report. This leaves the model and api call intact; it is less clear who is using that and how.

This (understandably) "broke" our tests (which should probably be removed?) -- so I filed https://github.com/mozilla/Socorro-Tests/issues/267 for that work.
