1. Download attachment, unzip and open HTML file locally.
2. Click on page.
3. Move mouse in and out of blue square (embedded SWF).
Results:
On Fx24.6.0esr Mac only, mouse never changes state, remains visible.
Expected:
Hide mouse cursor when present over blue square.

I've reproduced this bug in today's esr24 nightly. I've also found out, by testing with my Debug Events Plugin from bug 441880, that we're not sending *any* mouse-enter or mouse-exit events to plugins.
Let me see if I can figure out why.
