Hi,
after downloading & installing firefox 24.6.0(fr) from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/
i get an auto-update (firefox menu -> help -> about). After the install ,I checked and same version: 24.6.0esr. 
So i guess the ftp version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ isn't the last version?

Windows 7 sp1 (x64)
Seems that bug 1023222 didn't work everywhere. I can reproduce that using 
  wget "https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-24.6.0esr&os=win&lang=en-US"

I get a sha1 of 83e174b48bfc752197345ff433a13d03d09f06e5, which is build1. Should be bed3eaae5d743bc8963909868950ff4003a8d24c.
