Details
Many info bars are using icons which aren't legible when using High Contrast mode, as they lack adequate contrast. eg, the plugin activiation infobar.

We have very few notification bars these days and the icons aren't a crucial part of the message.
OS: Windows 8.1 → Windows

We have very few notification bars these days and the icons aren't a crucial
part of the message.

I believe the plugin notification bar is dead so at this point I think we can just close this.
