Steps To Reproduce.
1. Start Browser with new profile
2. Open In content preferences and select "Content" tab
3. Open a dialog such as "Exception"
Actual Results:
The dialog window is opened at top-left corner of screen.
Expected Results:
The dialog window should be opened at center of current window.

I believe this is fixed since subdialogs are centered and all dialogs from the top-level panes are subdialogs now.
