Steps to reproduce: (on wifi)
1. Open soundcloud and sign in with Facebook or Google account
2. Set volume to half way (though state does not matter)
3. Play a selected song, do you hear music?
4. Turn volume all the way up

Expected:
sound to be audible at a low volume

Actual
sound only heard if the volume is all the way up

I confirmed it was either the headphones or the media volume not being in the settings.
I confirm the issue. I have the same problem with other apps too: Grooveshark, "Back to Candyland", etc. It happens with either Wi-Fi or 3G. In my case when not using headphones the volume is good.
