Steps to reproduce:

opensuse 13.1 x86_64 

impots.gouv.fr is a government site to manage my taxes

go to impots.gouv.fr
then
select "Particuliers"
then
select "accéder à Mon espace"
then
fill the id and pwd
then
login
then
the new page is not displayed = is blank
and
the url stays at this value :
https://cfspart.impots.gouv.fr/LoginMDP?op=c&url=aHR0cHM6Ly9jZnNwYXJ0LmltcG90cy5nb3V2LmZyL3BvcnRhbC9kZ2kvcHVibGljL3BlcnNvP3BhZ2VJZD1wbmEycGFyJnNmaWQ9MzA=

i authorized popup window but same result
cookie are authorized

no pb with chromium

Is this the case even if you restart with add-ons disabled (Help > Restart with add-ons disabled) ?

i go to impots.gouv.fr
then
i fill id and pwd
then
ff asks fro me if i want to record them
then
i confirm this
then
the next webpage is no displayed , just a blanck page is displayed
and
ff url stays at https://cfspart.impots.gouv.fr/LoginMDP?op=c&url=aHR0cHM6Ly9jZnNwYXJ0LmltcG90cy5nb3V2LmZyL3BvcnRhbC9kZ2kvcHVibGljL3BlcnNvP3BhZ2VJZD1wbmEycGFyJnNmaWQ9MzA=

if i quit ff then launch ff then retry then same pb + ff does not fill the id and pwd
it's strange because id and pwd are recorded for https://cfspart.impots.gouv.fr ; i checked this in ff settings

summup : there is only one improvement : id and pwd are recorded

i think it is same pb as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1026399

Are you still experiencing the issue on latest Firefox versions? e.g. Firefox 43 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
