The features in Tasks > Tools (History, Javascript console, etc.) are too hidden
away. History for example is an important feature that should not be buried away
in a second-level menu. 

Task > Tools is very vague from a newbie perspective so it is not at all clear
what would be under there, unlike Privacy and Security which gives some idea of
the focus. I find I tend to pass over very vague menu items sometimes.

(If there is not enough room in the lowest resolutions, you could maybe merge Go
with Tasks or Go with Tools.)

Even as an experienced user, it took me quite a while to notice that there even
was a Javascript console, because I didn't think of looking in a submenu for
that kind of functionality, and it took me a while even to find History. If it
trips me up, I'm sure lots of newbies will be tripped up too.
