Details
Ignoring periodic builds (PGO and non-unified), the last completed (or running) windows build was on the push an 6am GMT (10 hours ago).

All the slaves for these builders have been disabled in slavealloc. Looking into why.

All the machines that were allocated for these builders were disabled as part of our Train D move. They'll be renamed when they come back online.
The result of this was that buildbot was waiting forever for these machines to come take the jobs.
I've landed some fixes to the jacuzzi allocator to use the correct slaves instead, and builds have started up.
