At the moment, Backout Bot only supports 1 device. Implement support for multiple devices connected to the same machine.
Depends on: 1024162
We'd need to specify a device to ADB.

ANDROID_SERIAL environment should be enough for that.

I believe bug 1024162 isn't even needed.
With our new regression detection plan, we don't need this anymore.
