Attachment: Logcat Do Not Track Issue

User taps Settings App and Do Not Track under Privacy & Security section. When user long-presses the Learn More link at the bottom of the screen, the footer section of the screen is highlighted in blue and remains that way even when user navigates to the link dnt.mozilla.org and returns to the Settings Do Not Track section.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140616000203
2) Tap Settings, select Do Not Track 
3) Long press Learn More link 
4) Observe device behavior

Actual:
The footer section of the screen is highlighted in blue and remains that way even when user navigates to the link dnt.mozilla.org and returns to the Settings Do Not Track section later.

Expected:
Highlighted section appears temporarily or there is no highlight section and the link just reacts normally and takes user to dnt.mozilla.org

Notes:
Repro frequency: (10/10, 100%)
This issue does not fail a test case. Exploratory testing around existing test case led to this discovery.

This issue reproduces on Flame 2.1, Buri 2.1, Open C 2.1, Flame 1.4, Buri 1.4, Open C 1.4, Buri 1.3 and Open C 1.3 Base.
