the "day of the week" pulldown menu does not let you make a selection, and also
the "view entire schedule" button does not work

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://atisweb.njtransit.com/cgi-bin/railtt_page.pl?Section=sft
2.try to select "weekday" from the first pulldown


Actual Results:  No selection is made

Expected Results:  should act like a normal drop down

WFM linux build 2001-10-02-04-0.9.4, I am able to select the day of the week 
with no problem, however nothing is listed in the drop down lists for 
train lines or stations (I would not be able to schedule a trip)  These choices 
are shown in w2k build 2001-10-02-05-0.9.4

This is *not* working on 2001100208 Linux daily.  I think it was broken after
0.9.4.  Anyway, Boris has the right of it, it's a dup.
