STR:
1. Load any page and inspect an element.
2. Navigate to sdasd.sadasd

The markup view will still contain the markup from the original page.

3. Navigate to any page.

The markup view will be blank.

How about next steps?
I found a lot of other duplicate bugs in bug 983386. And since that bug has had some investigation already, I'm going to close this one as a dupe.
