Aali wants to make a static page which accepts user input in the form of an email address.

This will be an S3 bucket, an index.html, and it will be up on Cloudfront for SSL.

I'll then setup a cool autodeploy thingamajig.
The repository to deploy is https://github.com/mozilla/webmaker-snippet-landing-page

https://d30a4e6ljyjb1j.cloudfront.net is the current cloudfront distribution, hooked to the S3 bucket welcome.webmaker.org.
I've created an IAM group granting RW access to this bucket, and added Aali to it.

This is nearly done; once we've QAed welcome.webmaker.org, we're going to turn up the caching to make it production-ready. Lets leave this bug open until that happens.
Actually, lets do it in bug 1028287.

The party.webmaker.org is now routing to Cloudfront, which is AWS's CDN.
