Reproducible on:
Firefox 31 beta 3, BuildID: 20140619131915 Mac OS X 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2. Open the panel menu.
3. Hover over the "Print" button in the panel menu.

Expected results:
The tooltip for the button should display "Print this page (<cmd>P)" (no ellipsis... see bug 997684).

Actual results:
The tooltip displays "Print this page... (<cmd>P)" with ellipsis.

Notes: 
1. Reproduces on Firefox 29 (when Australis was introduced) so it's not a regression.
2. On Windows and Linux there are no issues, as we show "Print this page", with no ellipsis and no keyboard shortcut.
