When I move my mouse to the "sign in" a popup menu comes up (this one is in the
correct spot). When I then move my mouse over "Online Banking" another popup
menu appear way above it ! With IE5.0 you get the correct behaviour. I am unable
to select any item on this popup menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. move mouse to "sign in"...a popup menu should appear
2. move mouse to "Online Banking" a popup menu appears way above it!


Actual Results:  Popup menu appears near the top of the window

Expected Results:  Popup menu to appear beside it so that a selection can be made.
This is also occuring at http://www.timmorgandesign.com/jude/examples/menu.html.
 Where as earlier mozilla builds did not have this problem on this site. 
Apparently something in the DOM has changed recently (either intentionally or not).
Reproducable on Mac with build 2001100308
->DOM something.

This site, now WFM on both W2K build 20001101603 and the latest MacOS build (I
don't remember the build number. I guess they upgraded their site!
