Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch FTU
2. Select Czech or Russian as the default language
3.Check the display strings
Actual results:
Found 2 problems:
1.Using Czech, each character of vowel is doubled
2.Using Russian, all strings are up side down

Those are not Russian nor Czech locales but pseudo-localizations for development purposes and what you see is expected.
