1030881 - buildbot-master115 and 116 getting disk space nagios alerts

Looks like these are ec2 masters. Both of which are us west and m3.medium. 113,114 are also m3.medium but are in the east and have not been alerting with disk space yet.

We should either:

1) bump the disk space on these guys if we need more and there are no hungry issues
2) bump the nagios warn/crit limit for our ec2 masters

First step, look at the masters and see where there space is going so we can investigate option 1.

I looked at these masters and don't see anything obvious in the space used.

Leaving it as low priority for my day since these still have >1GB free at their worst. And cycle back down each time the twistd.log is cycled.
