Details

The Fennec UI design and text will take a while to be reviewed by UX and Legal, but we can add about:config prefs so testers can upload data more frequently to see that the stumbler is working.

Yeah, this doesn't fit in with the latest design of the lib. Uploads are event-driven, but also rate limited to not occur too frequently. There should be no need for configuring this manually, or even through an API interface.
