When the selection in a pulldown menu is changed on this page, they move around.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Load URL which I will add to this report
1. Select one of the Processor or File Type pulldown menus, and switch the
selection with the mouse


Actual Results:  Pulldown moves and changes selection

Expected Results:  Pulldown changes selection but does not move

check the first attachment and do your magic to see why we jiggle the layout?

Attachment: Confirming the bug on Win ME build-id 2001100903. And after commiting some hours of my time, i've reduced the html-code to about 10 lines, that's a more propper testcase :-)
