We want users who have problems detected in FHR to be able to fix problems without having to manually make changes themselves. Since many resolutions involve resetting or removing profile data, we're going to share this with the the in-planning blocklist v4 format via the profile cleanup service in bug 1031441. Based on discussions with Benjamin, preemptively making this depend on bug 1024668 (moving to WebIDL) as well.
