Understand that the official builds will need a way to configure apps to be undeletable (ugh), but by default I should be able to delete what I want
Now that we are shipping 4 more certified apps on the device that the user will not be able to install from any other place its time to revisit this. Its maybe ok that we cant delete the phone app, but the usage app or any of the spark apps?
You can't really uninstall them since they are on a read-only partition. If you just hide them on the homescreen, do you also want to let the user get them back?
I think ideally they would just be installable and uninstallable, I guess the 'fix' for this would be to stop shipping so many certified apps, it seems very contradictory that we are shipping a 'super customizable' build that has a bunch of extra apps that users cant possibly remove (and have to wipe the device to even use?)
