I was looking at: http://treeherder-ui.readthedocs.org/en/latest/installation.html However it seems to be out of date - https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder-ui/blob/master/docs/installation.rst has newer content & https://readthedocs.org/builds/treeherder-ui/ says the last build was 9 months ago. Not incredibly urgent - but just thinking it might help other devs chip in to help with blockers, if the docs are up to date :-)

The RTD service/webhook was missing on the treeherder-ui repo, so I added that and then used the "Build version" button on: https://readthedocs.org/builds/treeherder-ui/ However this failed with seemingly similar errors to bug 1057703.
Updating the Sphinx version has fixed the build: https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder-ui/commit/2ceaee7bc849869eddcffe03a77232dbf086ea5b https://readthedocs.org/builds/treeherder-ui/
