We should add treeherder to:

...to encourage new contributors.

We'll likely need to do a quick pass over the readthedocs pages for treeherder-ui and treeherder-service initial setup, as well as make sure the landing page for new contributors (likely a new/tweaked section on https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/Treeherder) is finished.

I'll have a go at preparing a PR for additions to those repos, and touch base with jeads on the respective readthedocs'. We have some pretty clear setup instructions in the Github readme's now also, which should be sufficient to get started:

As a newbie I didn't have any problems with earlier readthedocs content, or very sparse one-line readme at that time; at least on the UI side.
