Details

Use "new tab" or "open in new tab" to open enough tabs so the last one is beyond the right edge of the window. The scrollbar then disappears. If the window is sized large enough to include all the tabs, the scrollbar returns. (by the way, bugzilla does not give me a component input dohicky)
the little X to close tabs with is also pushed outside view. This has nothing to do with "browser localisation". Marking dup. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 101774 ***
