Details

The goal here is to make it so that (a) callers of mozilla::pkix never have to deal with CERTCertificate, and (b) internally, mozilla::pkix will never construct CERTCertificate objects. The majority of this work is being done under bug 1019771.

All the uses of CERTCertificate in mozilla::pkix have been removed, now that all the bugs in the "depends on" list have been fixed.
