1033594 - [Vertical Homescreen] Homepage icon doesn't always appear in smart collection

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a webpage on the browser app and add a webpage to homescreen. 
2. Go to homescreen and drag the saved homepage icon to Games smart collection. 
3. Go into Games smart collection. There is a blank space where the icon/text should be. If you add more saved homepages to the collection, it adds another blank space where the icon/text should be. Flash the phone again with the same build and the issue goes away.

Hi, 

There seems to be 2 issues here:

1. When you add the save webpage icon into smart collections it creates a blank space where the icon should be (based on the screenshot). 

2. When you add a saved webpage to the smart collection and it doesn't appear at all (no blank space where the icon should be).

I've experienced both seemingly arbitrarily. The bug does seem like a dupe though.

I believe the fix on bug 1033465 should handle both of these, so let's mark it as a dupe. Thanks for filing the bug and the datapoints.
