Steps to reproduce:
1. Tap on 'Settings' and tap 'Sound'
2. Select 'Tones -> Alerts'
3. Under the Alerts section and tap the change button to change the Alert list.

The issue is resolved with a TCP build from today's master.
Verified on Flatfish.
