Details

In bug 780379 we made clicking links to M3U8 files work in Firefox for Android. We have to consider a fix for Firefox OS too.
Blocks: 957963
Bug 1093219 for the Music app is about implementing a m3u parser for playlists. Check that first to implement it.
If by that you mean implementing HTTP Live Stream (HLS), there is bug 577084
