I need to run about:telemetry on each hardware slave, this loaner will allow me to do that.  In addition, we need to figure out why tp5o_scroll isn't running as expected.

This pool has by far the worst pending::slave ratio, generally half again worse than even 10.8, so please do this one first out of your set and as fast as possible and return it as fast as possible after they loan it.
