We're going to be doing a short term hack in bug 1021026 that will have us pointing users directly at download.cdn.mozilla.net at certain times. In order to do this, aus4's admin applications (dev/stage/prod) need to have it added to the 'domain_whitelist' property in the '[site-specific]' section of each admin.ini.
