User Story

As a multiple-SIM user who swaps SIMs, I want to easily update my usage plan
configuration on my phone to reflect the SIM in use.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Device remembers previous SIM cards and their configurations set in the usage app
2. Upon switching SIMs, the usage app is automatically reconfigured based on remembered settings for the new SIM if applicable.
3. UX interaction and visual design matches UX spec.
