Updated App Usage header from “App Usage” to “Mobile App Usage” (pg 9–11, pg 14) to reflect IxD changes.

Hi Shing,
As far as I know, we are not going to implement "smart data" on 2.1 anymore. 
We only improve the current one, which is "Usage app".
Peko and I started this project from 2.1, you can refer bug 1097110 for all ux/visual specs for smart data.
Yet none of those specs will be implemented in 2.1.
