Steps to reproduce:
1. Open self-signed HTTPS page (Example: https://www.pcwebshop.co.uk/ )
2. Click "I Understand the Risks"
3. Click "Add Exception..." button
Actual result:
Nothing happened.
Expected result:
Add Exception dialog box shows.

I see it too. Looks like an unresolved merge conflict from this merge:

It looks like there was an attempt at fixing it, which did not work:
