103742 - Search dialog: criteria box should expand and contract as appropriate

In the search dialog, currently the box that holds the search criteria starts
off too big and, after you have clicked "More" several times, starts to scroll.
A better and less ugly solution would be to have it the correct size for a
single entry, and expand the box (and the dialog) as necessary as "More" is clicked.

This would have the advantage of wasting less screen space (allowing more space
for results) and also looking nicer in the case of a lot of criteria.
