I can't find an existing ticket for this work and I don't know who owns it, so if this is a dupe please close it.

There is a Maker Party certificate being designed for event hosts who come back to the events site and post updates (or some similar action). See Bug 1010428.
When this UX is implemented, we should also record this interaction with a Google Anaytics event. 

Once the UX is decided on I can provide more detail for the tracking part.
