1039231 - Cannot access share configuration screen after lock and unlock

When the application is started the first time, we move through the four configuration screens. In the last one, we tap the Let's start button to show the Share/Don't share frame for microphone and camera. At this stage, lock the screen, and then unlock again. Then, you are not presented anymore with the configuration frame and there is no movement possible. The only available option is to close the application.
When the application is restarted again, you need to do these steps again and select Share/Don't share for it to work.

It depends on bug 1046170, when the permissions screen is eliminated from the wizard the problem should disappear. Confirm when Bug 1046170 is fixed.

This issue no longer occurs on the latest 2.0 build with the v165 KK base.  The user is still shown the app permissions screen for camera upon the first call, but locking and unlocking the screen does not remove the permission screen from the foreground.

This screen was removed from the wizard (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1046170), so closing it as it's not part of the App anymore.
