1046170 - Eliminate the permissions settings in the Wizard and the example of a Loop call

Right now we do not need settings the permissions for audio&video loop call in the wizard of the Loop mobile client.

It was included with the target of requesting the user the GUM permissions so they can be remembered and never asked back again. Now this is not necessary:
1)For devices which have Loop application preloaded or they will be updated via OTA from 1.3 to 2.0+Loop, we can set those permissions in the application or in the update.
2)For users that download the Loop client from the Market Place, right now the GUM permission are prompted over the Attention screen, so it should not be an issue,

Confirmed with Rafa that neither the GUM settings and the example of Loop call are necessary for the Loop Mobile client
