Details
1) Load https://marketplace.firefox.com/
2) Immediately press the "All Categories ▾" link
3) Notice the categories appear, but then after a second, the categories disappear
The template for the category drop-down is likely getting re-rendered, which is why when you click it, shortly after it toggles back.
This is very similar to bug 1030875.
