Details

If you have a large .to list, you are unable to view all the names in list
because the window does include a scroll pane.
I suspect this is a duplicate of bug 56825
agreed. I believe reporter has forgotten a word, and that it should have read
.."because the window does NOT include a scroll pane."

(Furthermore assuing that he means that the address pane does not include a
scroll-bar.)

Reporter: Please reopen and clarify if i guess wrong.
