try to download a file from a very busy ftp server
(like ftp://ftp2.nero.com/Nero5551.exe ). If the server
is busy and rejects the login with a "Too many users" alert
(421 Too many users - please try again later), the
file save dialog pops up, and you can create a 0 byte
file.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try downloading a file from a ftp server
2.if server is too busy it rejects the file transfer
3.aknowledge the alert box (too many users)
4.the save file dialog is opened
Actual Results: you can see the file save dialog, which creates an 0 bytes file
only
Expected Results: there is no need for a save dialog if the server denies the
connection.
