As a user, I want to be able to discover the Task Manager more easily so that I can get back to apps and multiple browser instances. Acceptance Criteria 1. Accessing the Task Manager follows the interaction and visual design describe by the UX spec.

I assume that it is only triggered when the display is at the top corner of the Homescreen. If the display is not (e.g. at the middle of the Homescreen), user should use the original way (long tap home button) to enter task manager.

According to bug 1055158, I am not sure if this story is still valid.

This flow has been superseded by the updated 2.2. specs. These introduced a button in the rocket bar that could be consistently used to access the task manager. Unfortunately, however, this isn't in the new reduced 2.2. scope. In any case, this story is no longer valid.
