When pictures are taken on the 273Mb Flame with flash enabled, the captured image is very dark
Repro Steps:
Prerequisite: Set Flame device to 273Mb memory
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140718000232
2) Launch Camera app
3) Enable flash
4) Take a picture of a well lit area
Actual:
The captured image is very dark. Light from the flash is not captured due to delay, and even well lit areas are very dark
Expected:
Illumination from flash is captured on camera

Actual result: Taking a picture with the flash turned on will cause the actual picture to be much darker than normal.
Flash feature does not exist on the Buri and Open C.

I have managed to reproduce this once on:
Gonk v122
Gaia 7bf9b6a6c262a8ff656a8d415c9f6cfef5c23e54
Gecko https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/b2g-inbound/rev/03c4e6074f63
BuildID 20140721074816
Version 33.0a1
ro.build.version.incremental=109
ro.build.date=Mon Jun 16 16:51:29 CST 2014
It seems to happen when the device is very laggy after starting up the Camera app for the first time. On subsequent photos, the flash works properly. One easy way to see this is to point the camera at a powered-off monitor, so that the taken picture captures the flash glare. In taking 30 photos, I have captured 2 where the flash didn't fire, or seemed to fire out of sync with the frame grab.
We don't have visibility into the flash control mechanism, so this is POVB.
